Spencer Reid

Spencer Reid is a native of Atlanta, Georgia who has been painting for over a decade with a wide variety of mediums, focusing on acrylics on canvas. With no formal art training, Spencer’s work reflects his interest in the human form, the shapes of “everyday life”, and the profound influence that music and movies have on the human psyche. Realizing that people interpret beauty differently, Spencer crafts images generated by a unique vision of his surroundings and he feels that this effort truly embodies art. Spencer has had several of his works displayed in private collections around the Southeast, the Georgia Lieutenant Governor’s office, and was retained to show work in PJs Coffee Houses across the United States and Middle East.
