Rent Art Space for your special events

Art Space International is a great place for your next event, corporate meeting, seminar, fund-raiser, wine tasting, reception or private party.

Art Space International is an “Artist Community” with private studios and galleries. In addition Art Space International has two main galleries, a wellness center, boutique, classroom and a fully equipped kitchen.

Maximum Capacity 600

Availability and Rental fees
All weekday rentals are $1,600. Weekends are $2,000.00.

Rental Agreement A signed rental agreement along with a 20% (non-refundable) deposit is due prior to the day of the event.
The balance of the rental fee and all other charges will be due the date of rental. Art Space International will accept American Express, MasterCard, or Visa. All checks are to be made payable to: Art Space International

One member of the ASI staff is required to stay on premises supervising the event and cleanup. His or her fee is$125 and is not included in the rental charge.

Parking
Art Space International has parking on and near the premises. Valets are at the renters expense.

Alcohol Consumption
Alcohol may be served at ASI. Bartenders must be professional and obey the laws pertaining to the serving of alcoholic beverages.

Monday by appointment only

Tuesday- Saturday  12am-5:00pm

Artist Studios

If you'd like to be considered for an artist studio, please contact us. You will be placed on our waiting list for review when space becomes available. We encourage emerging artists.
