Rent ASI Gallery for your special events

ASI Gallery is a great place for your next event, corporate meeting, seminar, fund-raiser, wine tasting, wedding reception or private party.

ASI Gallery is an “Artist Community” with private studios and galleries. In addition ASI has two main galleries, a classroom and a fully equipped kitchen.

Number of Persons :

Maximum Capacity 250 seated guests and 600 standing.

Availability and Rental fees:

All weeknight rentals are $1500 Monday - Thursday. Weekends are $1800  Friday-Sunday.
We offer different packages depending on your budget. Each package includes facility fee, rental equipment and caterers.
Upon request we will provide a preferred list of caterers and rental equipment companies

Rental Agreement :

A signed rental agreement along with a 30% (non-refundable) deposit is due at signing of contract.
The balance of the rental fee and all other charges will be due the date of rental. ASI will accept American Express, MasterCard, or Visa. All checks are to be made payable to: Art Space International

One member of the ASI staff is required to stay on premises supervising the event and cleanup. The fee is $125 and is not included in the rental charge.

Parking:

ASI Gallery has parking on and near the premises. Valets are at the renters expense.

Alcohol Consumption
Alcohol may be served at ASI. Bartenders must be professional and obey the laws pertaining to the serving of alcoholic beverages.
